The NEXA agency, which already has branches in Bristol, Portsmouth, Chichester, Manchester and Cardiff, has now opened an office in Liverpool – with a pledge to disrupt the city’s property market.

The company describes its business model as “semi-franchise” with officers relying on central services and the same brand, but with autonomy as to how they operate.

The company says the business model allows it to provide customers with a local industry professional acting as a dedicated account manager. This means that a client only deals with one agent throughout the transaction.

“Our unique business model rewards our account managers on a highly competitive results-based structure that enables us to source the best people for the job” says the firm’s website.

Its pitch to prospective customers is: “Your account manager is personally assigned to you and will provide a personal service from start to finish through the entire journey, available any time of day, enabling us to create a high-performance culture and a customer-centric estate agency.”

The Liverpool office – which like other NEXA outlets will work in both sales and lettings – is led by director Peter Cranney.

NEXA says it has plans for four new offices.
