Apo’s Latest Rental Homes near Brentford FC’s New Stadium

Apo is offering renters a flexible lifestyle membership model, has revealed its latest collection of 487 rental homes in Brentford, West London. Wrapped around the new premier league stadium, home to Brentford Football Club and London Irish, at the heart of Brentford East’s evolving regeneration project, Apo Kew Bridge champions a modern urban- living concept, within a dynamic community, to suit its largely millennial members’ lifestyles.

This milestone marks the second rental scheme launch for Apo this year and follows the successful opening of its first scheme Apo Barking, earlier this year, which is on target with the first phase fully let and over 50% let for the entire scheme.

Apo Kew Bridge will deliver a pet-friendly neighbourhood, split across four buildings, with thoughtfully designed studio to three bed apartments.
