Liverpool Aigburth Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, is now on the market for those who are looking for a new investment.
The three star hotel boasts 41 en-suite bedrooms across the three floors.

Overlooking Sefton Park, on Aigburth Drive, the hotel also comes with its own bar, restaurant and function space which is used for weddings and events,
Christie and Co have put the venue on the market for £2,750,000 but noted that it has a total revenue in 2018 of £1,435,000 and 2019 of £1,324,000.
Described as a ‘beautiful property’ the hotel sits on its own ground and has a glass extension to the front and a walled garden with pergola in the back.
However it’s also just over the road from the much loved Sefton Park which is home to the Palm House and many scenic lakes.
And while the hotel has its own bar and restaurant, it’s only a stones-throw away from the popular Lark Lane.
The striking venue was reportedly once owned by a wealthy cotton merchant.
Before being run by Best Western it was formerly a Hallmark Hotel.
On the Best Western hotel, a description of the hotel reads: “ Some of our more luxurious rooms boast large Edwardian windows and four-poster beds draped in delicate fabrics.
“Away from your room, there are several guest lounges and a conservatory restaurant where you can relax and catch up with the day’s events.”
On TripAdvisor, the hotel has a ‘very good’ four star rating with highlights mentioned including the location and value.
