Bellway has launched an exclusive collection of just 19 homes at a new development in Edenbridge.
Hamsell Mead at Oakley Park features a selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses on land next to its existing Oakley Park development.
This new selection of properties will be situated at the north-eastern corner of the wider site off St Johns Way, next to an area of public open space.
Hamsell Mead will include a mix of detached and semi-detached houses, with the first properties due to be completed in Winter 2022.
Construction work is progressing well at the neighbouring Oakley Park development, where more than 260 of the 300 homes being built have been completed and handed over to their new residents.
