Real estate crowdfunding platform Brikkapp has officially launched its new marketplace, bringing together more than 200 global property platforms in one place.

The platform announced its intention to launch last year, and revealed that it had already entered into a number of partnerships with existing platforms across Europe, including Shojin Property Partners in the UK.

The Czech Republic-based platform allows investors to compare options and find the best offers using an easy-to-follow dashboard to track investments, transactions and property investment trends.

It is particularly focused on investor education, and the Brikkapp team will share “valuable resources, insights, and accurate information on different regions” to help people to invest safely and make better decisions for their financial future.

“We founded Brikkapp with the goal of making property investing accessible for everyone,” said Jan Vecerka, chief executive of Brikkapp.

“The days of old-fashioned offline investing with your investment advisor are over thanks to technology.

“With the current hype, where in Europe alone there are more than 160 property crowdfunding platforms operating, we developed Brikkapp to stand apart from the crowd.

“Brikkapp serves investors as a convenient tool for accessing the property investment opportunities originating from these platforms, all in one smart dashboard.”

Investors can use the platform with as little as €100 (£82.44). Users can find and compare platforms based on investment statistics, investment opportunities, reviews, and social media presence.
