BRITNEY Spears’ legal team ordered a professional security sweep of her mansion in the wake of allegations she was spied on, Sun Online can reveal.
Lawyer Mathew Rosengart brought in former military security specialists to conduct an extensive search of the singer’s home while she’s away on vacation.

The team checked furniture, decor, doors, walls, vents, and ceilings looking for any hidden surveillance or listening devices.
The sweep – similar to those conducted by the CIA or FBI – comes after damning claims Britney’s dad Jaime hid a listening device in the star’s bedroom and monitored her phone and iPad.
The allegations were made by a former bodyguard of the star in a new documentary and were raised in court by Britney’s lawyer Mathew.
Britney, 39, lives in a $7.4m palatial Italian-style villa in Thousand Oaks, California.
The villa set in 20 sprawling acres of private land boasts five bedrooms and 7.5 baths.
It’s understood the security team got to work checking the home while Britney went on vacation, although it’s as yet unclear whether they have found anything.
The singer has been pictured in Hawaii in recent weeks before moving on to an unknown Pacific island where she currently is with fiancé Sam Asghari.
A source close to Britney told The Sun: “When allegations arose about the spying, action was immediately taken to make sure things were more secure.

“As part of that a specialist security team did a review of the house and grounds. “It was effectively a sweep, similar to what the FBI do. This is pretty serious stuff and taken very seriously. It is also being kept under wraps at this stage.”
Friends of Britney have expressed “deep concern” over the spying allegations.
And her lawyer told The Sun that Jaime will be “investigated” and face “serious ramifications” over the claims.
JAMIE’S GONE
Recently, a judge suspended Jaime’s conservatorship over the hitmaker.
Speaking in court about the surveillance ahead of the suspension, Britney’s lawyer said: “Ms. Spears knows of the allegations and she’s traumatized. She still sleeps in the bedroom her dad allegedly bugged. She’s pleading to be free of him.
“Ms. Spears will not work until her father is removed. He should be suspended today. My client will be extraordinarily distraught if Mr. Spears stays on for one more day.”
Mathew put on record the “unfathomable” behavior of Jamie by “eavesdropping on his daughter” and “recording conversations” including those with her children and even her former attorney Samuel Ingham III.

The high-powered attorney also called Jamie “cruel, toxic, abusive and an alcoholic.”
SHOCK CLAIMS
Last week Alex Vlasov, a former executive assistant, operations and security manager of Spears’ longtime security company Black Box Security, claimed Britney’s life was closely monitored.
He alleged all digital activity on iPads and an iPhone would be mirrored and they could see her messages, Facetime calls, notes, photographs, browser history, and more.
“They openly talked about monitoring her,” Alex said as he added that even her conversations with friends, mom and former lawyer Samuel would be monitored.
Alex added: “Her own phone and own private conversations were used so often to control her. I know for a fact that Jamie would confront Britney and say, ‘Hey why did you text this person?’ … It didn’t feel like she was being treated like a human being.”
Alex alleged being handed the audio recording device and a USB drive and asked to wipe it.
The bodyguard gave an explosive interview in TV show Controlling Britney Spears, on FX and Hulu.
