Spence Willard is pleased to announce the launch of its new commercial department, headed by commercial property expert and chartered surveyor, Jamie Whittle.
Jamie is a well-known figure within the commercial property market, having had over 15 years’ experience working within the commercial sector on the Isle of Wight and across the South Coast.
Principally trained as a commercial property agent, he has completed many high value property sales of retail investments, offices and industrial premises, Jamie expanded upon his training and became a landlord and tenant surveyor in 2008.
Having completed many rent reviews and lease renewals for both corporate and private clients, Jamie has an in-depth knowledge and a wealth of experience to support you with a broad range of commercial property services.
Jamie will be offering commercial agency, landlord and tenant advisory and private valuations of both commercial and residential properties for accounting, inheritance tax and pension fund purposes, as well as expert witness reports for matrimonial and other legal disputes.
