Also in Alfreton is a three-bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 70 Nottingham Road with a rear conservatory, gardens front and back, central heating and double glazing. This has a guide price of £24,000 to £29,000.
And a two-bedroomed, mid-terraced house at 3 West Street in South Normanton also has central heating and double glazing, although it needs modernising. Its guide price is £30,000+.
