Gateley Vinden are expert advisers to the built environment sector providing a wide range of services including dispute management, quantity surveying, project management, bank monitoring, building surveying, sustainability, corporate services and insurance services. They work with an extensive range of clients throughout the public and private sectors including residential, education, affordable housing, industrial, office, retail, health and hotels / leisure.
In 2021 Gateley Vinden acquired the business and assets of Tozer Gallagher LLP, a leading practice of chartered quantity surveyors and construction consultants.
Gateley Vinden is part of Gateley is a legal and professional services group which has Gateley Legal, a top 50 UK law firm, at its core.
Gateley is proud to combine the skills and expertise of its legal and professional advisers in four multi-disciplinary platforms: Business Services; Corporate; People; Property.
Gateley has 11 UK offices in the UK’s major commercial centres with the headquarters in Birmingham.
