Estate agents are being urged to get ready for the next EA Masters virtual event coming up later this month.

Day 4 of their six-month conference programme will take place on 30 September. This will culminate in the EA Masters Awards & Exhibition live in London on 3rd November.

Peter Knight, Founder of Property Academy, producers of EA Masters, said that the extended conference programme this year has so far been a real success.

He commented: “The feedback has been incredible in terms of the variety and range of topics we are able to cover. The virtual events will deliver over 50 hours of content – speakers, debates, videos and masterclasses covering a range of topics under the conference umbrella theme of Riding the Wave, designed to help estate agencies stay consistently ahead. The focus for Day 4 is deal progression, additional revenue and property management”.

Have you ever discounted your fee to win an instruction? Pricing expert, international speaker and marketer David Abbott’s masterclass will deliver practical ideas to get a better price and maximise your profitability. Knight delivers a session packed with ideas to help you deliver outstanding customer experience in his talk ‘CX4.0’.

Dr John Blakely, CEO, Coach and author of the book The Trusted Executive is set to draw a crowd in his session that explores the leadership habits that inspire results, relationships and reputation.

As the Coronavirus pandemic hit, the importance of diverse income sources was accentuated overnight. In the first of two panel debates, Sarah Mains (Sarah Mains Estate Agents), Kevin Ellis (Land & New Homes Network) and Philip Farrell (Offr) will be discussing ‘Additional Revenue Streams’. The second panel comprising Spencer Lawrence (Paramount), Kristjan Byfield (The Depositary) and Richard Price (Dezrez) will debate the idea ‘Property Management First’. Put your questions for the panels in the comments below.

Knight commented: “Business models have changed and the way businesses are valued has changed. Firstly, consistency and breadth of income gives agents the ability and confidence to plan their business and cash flow. Secondly, it can enhance the value of a business”.

Day 4 will once again also bring opportunities for agents to meet and network with a host of suppliers in the Innovation Hall. They can take advantage of offers and discounts exclusive to delegates of the event, ranging from estate agency software, website and branding to prospecting tools, immersive property marketing, call handling, live chat, property data resources and much much more.

Want a quick fire update on the latest products and services that could improve your business? Conference host Lucia France will interview a number of suppliers broadcasting live from the Innovation Hall. Over the last 3 virtual events, Lucia’s sharp and succinct conversations have proven to be an excellent way for ticket holders to gain insight and gather information from some of the most respected and well known providers in the UK estate agency industry.

The next EA Masters promises to be another event not to be missed, showcasing how agents can embrace new concepts and redefine their business.
