Haart has revealed its latest push to establish itself within ‘every postcode of the UK’ following the opening of its latest ‘super-branch’ style Property Centre in Plymouth.
This takes the number of new Property Centres to three, and the total to 61 – which includes expanded roles for existing offices withing its 160+ nationwide branch network.
The ‘super-branch’ offices are designed to enable home-working staff connected to the office to expand the company’s geographical reach.
The new Plymouth Property Centre, for example, is being used to expand its operation into Devon and Cornwall without having to open new branches.

Spicerhaart Group Managing Director Antony Lark (pictured) explained: “We were one of the first agencies to change our business model and adapt to new ways of working, even pre-pandemic. We now see others trying to emulate this model, which works really well for us thanks to our investment in technology and marketing over the years.
“The Property Centres act as hubs for our growing network of Partners, who work in a hybrid way partly from home, on the road meeting clients and coming into the Centres for meetings and training. This has enabled us to extend our reach across England and Wales, where our ambition is to provide a service in every postcode.
“By having larger Property Centres, usually with 10 or more staff based in-house and a further 6 within their own communities, we are able to provide an even better service to all our residential customers, landlords and developers.”
Each Haart Property Centre offers agents a directly-employed but home-working role via its ‘partnership model’ and is headed up by an ‘Area Partner’. The network is expected to eventually takes its coverage to 250 territories/offices.
