If you’re looking to buy your dream three-bedroom home but worry your lower budget will prevent that from being an option – rest assured there’s likely something available for you.

With the average UK home now sitting at a price of £265,668, many first time buyers are struggling to get their feet on to the property ladder.

But the good news is that there are a number of areas within Merseyside that are home to affordable properties that don’t sacrifice the quality of what you’re getting – St Helens being one of them.

The most recent statistics from Zoopla estimates that the average price for property in St. Helens stood at £164,978 in October 2021 – which is near 15% cheaper than Liverpool’s average of £191,058.

But understandably even the local average can be out of reach for a number of us.

Below are a number of three-bed properties that are currently advertised on online real estate portals Rightmove and Zoopla that all have an asking price of either £100,000 – a lower budget shouldn’t prevent you from landing the house of your dreams.
