Houses in the UK’s priciest property postcode have jumped in value by more than £1 million in the past year, figures reveal.

Homes in the Norland ward area near Notting Hill in London have soared by 58 per cent during the pandemic, London estate agency Bective said.

This is ten times higher than London as a whole, which has experienced slower growth than the rest of the UK as people look to move out of the capital amid the shift to home-working.
