A HOUSING development says it has nearly sold all of its properties in Dursley during a recent expansion in the area.

St. Modwen Homes – a company based in Birmingham – has announced that just five four-bed homes remain up for grabs in the final phase of the Littlecombe development, based in Dursley.

Just five 4-bed homes are now left to purchase with prices starting at a little over £450,000.

According to the company, these properties are ‘complete with our trademark and renowned floor-to-ceiling windows which allow light to beam through the property throughout the day.’

Littlecombe development also has schemes available to help potential homeowners.

Those buying for the first time can benefit from the first-time buyer boost and the part exchange max scheme is available for those who are looking to sell.

Comments from the sales director

Jo Winston, sales director at St. Modwen Homes added: “We have been overwhelmed by the response to the latest phase at this development – but certainly not surprised.

“Littlecombe is an ideal location for anyone looking to move given its close links to the M5 and A38 for commuters.

“It’s situated in a picturesque market town with a great selection of shops and restaurants, with beautiful views nearby. It really is a perfect location.

“Whilst we do have a few properties remaining at our Littlecombe development, we are urging our customers to act fast to avoid disappointment.

“We have already seen during this phase how quickly some of our homes have been secured and are predicting the same with these final few.”

Littlecombe offers residents close access to the town’s shopping facilities – which includes many independent retailers, familiar high street names and a regular farmers’ market.

Dursley is also home to a Sainsbury’s supermarket, a new leisure centre and a library.
