eConveyancer has teamed up with Stipendium to offer customers access to its comprehensive conveyancing services, which is many ways does the job of an estate agent.
Under the partnership, eConveyancer’s panel of more than 50 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms will be available through Stipendium’s Merge, which lets home-movers access professional services such as getting a mortgage.
Stipendium CEO Christina Melling (pictured) says Merge is designed to meet the growing demand for digital services in the house-buying process. This includes a host of links to other services in addition to conveyancing including mortgage broking, remortgaging, surveys, property search services, home insurance, property valuations and even EPCs.
“The partnership will add value to both organisations by helping customers to select a legal firm to carry out conveyancing for their home move based on their own personal circumstances, criteria and preference, on one platform, and from wherever they are in the UK,” says Melling.
