On 18th and 19th June, L&Q will launch its newest collection of 8 three-bedroom homes at Beauchamp Park in Warwickshire, available through Shared Ownership. As house prices in the area continue to soar, with properties in neighbouring Warwick and Leamington Spa commanding an average of £325,800 and £352,720 respectively*, Shared Ownership homes at L&Q’s new development offer hopeful buyers homes at a more affordable level – providing an accessible route onto the property ladder for local people.

Set across a 20.9-hectare site, Beauchamp Park is a major new residential neighbourhood at Gallows Hill in Warwick, which will ultimately deliver 450 homes, new public open space, footpaths and cycleways, and children’s play areas. The development benefits from an extended vista, with picturesque views of Warwick Castle. Designed as part of the Warwick Gateway urban extension, there are also plans for a country park and new primary school within close proximity.

Homes at Beauchamp Park are finished to a high specification, with integrated kitchen appliances, Amtico carpets and contemporary bathroom sanitaryware all included as standard. Most homes come with spacious turfed gardens and sheds, plus parking for at least two cars.

Located within the county of Warwickshire, Beauchamp Park is surrounded by a wide range amenities and popular attractions. In close proximity to Warwick, buyers can benefit from a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants, and leisure activities. There is also a plethora of parks and open spaces nearby, including St Nicholas Park, which is less than a five-minute drive from the development, perfect for picnics or a stroll along the boating lake. An area renowned for its rich history, residents can easily visit Stratford Upon Avon, birthplace of Shakespeare, where visitors can see his plays produced year-round by the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Despite the countryside location, there are plenty of transport connections nearby. Frequent trains from Warwick Station and Leamington Spa Station enable residents to arrive in Birmingham in under half an hour, and into Central London in fewer than ninety minutes. For residents who are keen to travel further afield, Birmingham Airport is a 24-minute drive from the development. Aspiring cyclists will enjoy the numerous cycle routes that surround the development, with Warwick Town Centre just a 7-minute ride away, and a cycle to the buzzing town of Royal Leamington Spa taking just 15 minutes.
