Merseyside’s most viewed homes that people can’t get enough of

A new year is a time for new beginnings and for many people, that might mean the start of house hunting.

With that in mind, Rightmove has revealed the most viewed homes in January on the property website.

The data shows luxurious homes including a whopping luxury estate costing £23,500,000, in Guildford, was among the most viewed nationally.

However locally in Merseyside, a £3,500,000 mansion in Freshfield racked up some of the most clicks.

Rightmove’s Property Expert, Tim Bannister said: “January is often a time where we see property lovers escape the gloomy weather by looking at the houses of their dreams.

“From modern luxury living in Norfolk, to a countryside escape in Wiltshire, this month’s most viewed homes have it all.”

Here are the most viewed homes in Merseyside on Rightmove in January 2022:

Shireburn Road, Freshfield, Liverpool

The five bedroom detached house is found in one of the most ‘sought after’ locations in the North West, Freshfield.

Built over three storeys, the home includes five en-suite bedrooms, two of which boast dressing rooms.

Luxury details include underfloor heating and a fully integrated kitchen and L-shaped island.

There is also a cinema room and a detached room in the garden that could be used as an office.

It is currently listed for £3,500,000.

Elm Avenue, Crosby

On the market for £775,000, this Crosby home has been refurbished to a ‘high and tasteful’ standard.

The four bedroom detached house, on Elm Avenue, is in a popular area, just a mile away from the waterfront.

Highlights of the property include beautifully landscaped gardens that surround the home and an orangery that overlooks the land.

As well as the main residence, new buyers would be acquiring a large detached coach house and a plot of land with planning permission.

Listed with Strike, the home has a guide price of £900,000 to £1,000,000.
