Overall, sold prices in Lower Heswall over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2017 peak of £381,942.
Lower Heswall is being described as being ‘one of the most desirable areas’ in the North West by the estate agency.
Its views of the Dee Estuary, beaches and woodland areas, are all reasons why many impressive homes are being built in the area.
