Two showhomes were unveiled to the public at a popular new housing development in Great Dunmow in December.
The 198-home Beaumont Park development by Ashberry Homes had a successful launch weekend in September, with all appointments snapped up and several homes being reserved as a result.
And with two new showhomes now open, Ashberry Homes is expecting even more interest from potential housebuyers.
The showhomes will display two house styles – the four-bedroom Aster and the three-bedroom Orchid.
A selection of three and four-bedroom house styles are currently available to purchase at Beaumont Park, while a range of two-bedroom houses and bungalows will be released onto the market in the coming months. The first homes will be completed in February next year.
The development of 198 homes will include 63 properties for affordable rent or shared ownership.
Beaumont Park is part of a joint scheme between Ashberry Homes and Bellway to build a combined 464 homes, within a wider 790-home neighbourhood being created on land off Woodside Way.
