Despite the Moreton Road listing being more than the average house price, it is still in line with similar properties in the area.
Rightmove’s market information shows another house on Moreton Road sold after being listed for £515,000 last year.

While another four bedroom detached home is under offer on Mount Road, less than 0.3 miles away, after being listed for £500,000.
Images of the property show that the main area of the bottom floor is the open plan kitchen, living room and dining room.
This area benefits from bi-folding doors which open up onto the grounds which are enclosed behind private fences.
