It is an exciting, challenging time with significant opportunity beckoning!
During 2019, the Club embarked on a Governance review process. This included consultation with a range of stakeholders including Club Members, the ECB and Sport England.
It was decided that the Club’s small but effective management team would benefit from independent Board Directors’ support with good financial, professional cricket, commercial, legal and governance experience.
This proposal was given a strong mandate by Club Members towards the end of 2021.
The new structure offers Board Directors an unparalleled opportunity to help take SCCC to a new level while cementing its place deep in the heart of their West Country support.
