Our educational adviser Roadshows take place across the UK in key locations – including Scotland and Wales – and feature up to six lenders or providers per event. They are designed to give advisers the opportunity to learn, earn CII-accredited CPD, and speak directly to BDMs – free of charge, and with lunch included for all attendees, they are a popular event on our calendar and we urge advisers to mark dates in their diaries now.

Alongside the round-table format Roadshow events are two Mortgage Adviser Event dates – launched in 2021, this forward-thinking adviser event showcased a vast range of lenders, providers and industry experts alongside a carefully-curated seminar programme including the Financial Conduct Authority. The events will return for 2022 in both Manchester and London.

And for advisers wishing to have their say about our industry, Financial Reporter’s suite of awards programmes will return for 2022 – including the Financial Reporter Awards, which has been designed to give the intermediary community the ability to vote in their thousands for businesses and people who go above and beyond. Additionally, the Women’s Recognition Awards return in April for the fifth year  – after doubling entries in 2021 – and the Property Reporter Awards open in January.

Barcadia Media events manager Caitlin Johnson said:

“It’s been fantastic getting back on the road properly this year and seeing both familiar and new faces – so we’re looking forward to being able to hold a full year of events for 2022 in new locations. These events are successful because we take education to our readers in their local areas in a smaller setting designed for networking – but, for those who’ve missed the hustle and bustle of trade events and dozens of lenders to chat to, Mortgage Adviser Event will be a welcome addition to their event calendar and promises to be even better in its second year, following an exciting launch.

“And, of course, we are thrilled for our much-anticipated awards programmes to return in style: it’s important to us at Financial Reporter and Property Reporter to ensure that our readers have the opportunity to use their voice and have their say on our industry, and these are the perfect chance to do just that.”
