Your Opportunity
This is your chance to have a positive impact in the world and serve an important mission as part of a creative, friendly and talented team, in a dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will learn about all facets of HR across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating internal databases with new employee information and employment details
  • Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Creating, update and monitoring company profile pages
  • Creating and executing recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives
  • Screening resumes and job  applications to fill company vacancies
  • Organising interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Organising company events and social activities
  • Gathering market intelligence as required
  • Preparing team reports as needed
  • Providing ad hoc HR support as required

About You
You will be a people person with a passion for creating great workplace experiences. Being people-centric, you’ll have a strong intuition for what people need and want, and their associated behaviours. You take pride in everything you do and this drives a strong work ethic in you. As a natural problem solver, you can analyse and assess situations quickly. 

Using your exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills you consistently deliver high quality output, at speed. You are an effective verbal and written communicator and have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Completed or currently be studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (or similar)
  • Proven experience working in an office environment and/or HR
  • Familiarity with HR management and applicant tracking systems

This role is less about experience and qualifications and more about attitude. If you are a can-do, go-getter then we’d love to hear from you!
