Description

As the People Partner you are a member of the Senior Leadership Team, delivering a proactive, commercial and value adding HR and People service to the region. As the regional expert on all things People you will provide generalist support across the People agenda. You will act as business partner to the Regional Manager to deliver a proactive, commercial and value adding HR service to region.

This is a regional role where you will be out meeting with your Managers at least 4 days a week with one day at home. The role covers the South West so candidates will ideally be based around the Bristol/Somerset area.

Profile

The right People Partner will have:

  • Drive, enthusiasm and tenacity to deliver targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to develop People strategy looking at the bigger picture to balance internal and external needs
  • An effective implementer – able to make things happen
  • Well-developed influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Retail experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Experience of a fast-paced service sector industry
  • Experience of the operational delivery of change initiatives
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified
