Salary range: Grade F: £49,810 to £56,690 per annum, inclusive of Inner London Weighting (dependent on skills and experience)
Permanent, full time (part time and job share can be considered)
Start date: September 2022

We’re seeking a committed and experienced Producer to join our busy theatre and dance department. Our two theatre spaces (Barbican Theatre capacity 1152 and the Pit capacity 150) play host to the finest international theatre, dance and performance by artists and companies who are challenging the idea of what theatre can be.  

The role will be an integral part of the Theatre Producing team supporting the Head of Theatre and Dance in delivering and managing the Barbican’s world class international and UK based programme including national, live and digital, performance work incorporating presentations, commissions, rentals and home-grown productions.  

You’ll have a proven knowledge of arts forms and artistic practices along with a broad understanding and significant experience in both the commercial and subsidised sectors. You will be committed to providing the highest level of customer service, to audiences, internal colleagues, visiting companies and external partners, and actively promote equity, diversity and inclusion in relation to the duties of the post.
