Here is a list of eight houses across Newcastle which have one thing in common – they are all for sale for less than £80,000
If you have an eye for a property bargain then you might be interested in these homes in Newcastle.
We searched property website Rightmove for the cheapest house deals in the city and came up with these.
They range in price from £45,000 to £75,000 and include terraced houses and semi detached properties, found in the likes of Walker, Byker, Fenham and Benwell.

First on our list is a terraced house in Chesters Avenue, Longbenton, with a guide price of £75,000.
It has three bedrooms and two receptions and requires updating. There is a west facing garden to the rear with fenced boundaries and brick built outhouse.
It is for sale via online auction until October 14, 2021, at 12.15pm. Fees apply.
Next is a three bed end terraced house in Brinkburn Street, Byker. It is being offered for sale by Modern Method of Auction – in which interested buyers bid against each other. The starting bid price is £73,000 plus reservation fee.
A well presented three bedroom terraced house in St John’s Road, Benwell, could be yours for £70,000.
The property briefly comprises: entrance hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, stairs to first floor, three bedrooms and bathroom.
It is for sale by unconditional online auction until September 30, 2021 at 12pm. Fees apply.
Also in Benwell is our next property, Hugh Gardens to be precise.
It is a three bed, two reception room house for sale for £70,000 which needs a bit of a refurbishment.
Into Walker for our next house which is on the market for £58,000.
It is on Monkchester Road and briefly comprises and entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom/WC while it has a large garden to the rear with patio area and fenced boundaries.
It is to be sold via online auction until October 12 at 12pm. Fees apply.
The sixth property is a two bed terrace in Sugley Street, Lemington, with a guide price of £58,000. It is for sale via the modern method of auction.
Meanwhile a three bed semi-detached house in Ponteland Road, Cowgate, is up for grabs for £54,950 with no onward chain.
And finally our eighth property is a three bed terrace in Ruddock Square, Byker with a guide price of £45,000.
It requires refurbishment throughout and is to be sold via online auction until October 8, 2021 at 12pm. Fees apply.
