NEW homes in Chester are set to go on sale in Chester this spring.
Deva Green is the latest development by Anwyl Homes and will see 142 homes built on former university playing fields, off Clifton Drive.
The venture will feature a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes for private sale.
Around the new homes, Anwyl will be providing green space for residents to enjoy and habitats for wildlife, including ponds and new areas of planting.

Properties will initially go on sale from Anwyl’s development in nearby Ellesmere Port – The Oaks at Rossbank.
