Estate agencies who list on PropertyHeads can now access free property marketing services following a deal between the platform and global marketing services and property data firm CoreLogic.
The two tech companies say the partnership will bring a suite of free services to agents including photography, drone, virtual tours, floor plans, video, EPCs and brochure design.
Agents will also get access to the CoreLogic Floor Plan mobile app and SMARTList, which provides property-level insights to identify when a homeowner is likely to list their property for sale, for specific postcode areas.
PropertyHeads, which launched in 2019, has grown fast by offering agents a free listings service for their sales and rental properties, as well as free vendor, landlord, buyer and tenant enquiry leads.
It currently has 10,000 property industry firm registered on its platform including estate agencies and 700,000 active users.
