The National Association of Realtors’ strategic investment arm, Second Century Ventures (SCV) REACH UK scale-up programme is due to kick off during March 2022 and will run for up to nine months.
Supported by Propertymark and backed by National Association of Realtors, the programme invests into new property technology in order to launch them into the marketplace.
There were seven companies in the inaugural REACH UK 2021 programme, which had access to:
- 200 hours of programming, which includes hours of content provided by key industry influencers, such as Bob Goldberg, Mark Hayward, Andrew Baum; round table and other initiatives focused on the knowledge transfer
- over 74 external events such CREtech London, Global Proptech Online, Relevantion, and more; media publications most notably Smart Point feature in Savills ‘Impacts’ and Hammock and Property Inspect in the Tech London Advocates ‘Digital High Street’ eBook series
- over 250 meetings which included curated mentorship, as well as other strategic introductions with funding providers, industry associations, and key real estate players in the UK and globally
- other achievements included UnderTheDoormat winning the EG Tech Rapid Response Award and Myr.ai closing the €2M funding round led by Axeleo with participation from SCV
Applications for the REACH UK 2022 programme must be submitted by the deadline of 17 December 2021, where a new group of technology innovators will help ensure agents continue to have access to the latest technology.
