Savista Developments, care home construction specialist, has exchanged contracts on a two-acre site on Duffield Road in Sonning to develop a new 72-bed care home.
The proposed £20m project will provide a state-of-the-art home with exceptional standards of accommodation and amenities to provide the highest level of care for its residents. The project will draw on the latest technology in the sector and will comprise an array of extensive communal facilities.
Savista will be responsible for planning, design, construction and interior fit-out of the new scheme.

In the coming weeks, Savista will be inviting the community for its feedback on proposals for development, ahead of the submission of a planning application.
