Seven Springs Mountain Resort says it wants to hire more than 1,000 people for the winter season at Seven Springs, Laurel Valley and Laurel Mountain.There will be part-time and full-time jobs available. A job fair is scheduled for Sept. 25 at the conference center at Seven Springs, followed by a hiring party on Oct. 16.According to a news release, the available positions include snowmakers, lift operators, snowcat operators, ski and snowboard instructors, and snow tubing and ski rental attendants.There will also be hotel and food and beverage jobs such as housekeeping, front desk, cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders, security and massage therapists.Job perks include free season passes for skiing and snowboarding, discounted season passes for family members, and discounts on dining, sporting clays, spa services, snow tubing and swimming.Interested applicants should be prepared to fill out an application.
