One of the leading providers of Build to Rent (BTR) housing in the UK, Sigma Capital, has reached a significant milestone with its first development in Scotland underway under its private rental brand Simple Life. Built by one of Scotland’s leading developers, Springfield Properties, the new village, named Bertha Park, based in Perth, is due to release its first homes later this year.

Joining homes for private for sale from Springfield, there will be 75 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes available for private rent, delivered by Simple Life. Once complete Bertha Park village will consist of 3,000 homes across multiple tenures.

Located just three miles from Perth train station, the development is ideally placed to conveniently commute to both Edinburgh and Glasgow by rail, while also benefitting from the M90, A9 and A93 which lead to all of Scotland’s six cities. And with cycle and footpath links to the city centre as well as a bus service, Bertha Park is very well connected.

With over 4,500 properties already built, Simple Life always strives to deliver high quality, attainable homes, identifying and investing in areas which have an undersupply of high quality and attainable rental homes.
