However, the dream price was a mere mistake as the property is actually for sale at £169,000 and has since returned to its original value on the website.
One eagle-eyed buyer, who spotted the original, discount price listing before it was changed, said: “I assumed it was a mistake but you never know.
“I don’t live in that area but it could have made a great holiday home for the family, I would have bought it outright today.”
The £169 price would have been a sweet deal for the property as this three-bed, one bath home features a long garden, perfect for any entertainers.
The house, described as benefiting from “gas central heating, double glazing and gardens to front and rear with the rear garden backing onto open woodland” is the ideal home for families or couples looking for a home.
