Spicerhaart has opened its latest Property Centre in Aylesbury as the company continues to roll out its hybrid-style offering across the UK.
Called its ‘partnership model’, the company is expanding all its brands via a new network of home-based but directly employed agents across 250 locations in the UK over a two-year period.
Each area will be served by a one or more Property Centres headed up by an Area Partner, who in the case of Aylesbury is a former Leaders sales manager who has also worked at Connells. He joined the haart-branded operation in July.
Local people are being recruited to join Dodson’s team, which will be attached to the new Property Centre at the Berryfields shopping centre.
“It will also become our base for expanding our estate agency services to neighbouring towns and villages across Buckinghamshire, through our unique partnership model which involves recruiting local people with local knowledge,” says Tim Wardley, Managing Director of haart’s Land and New Homes division.

The ‘Aylesbury Property Centre by haart’ is due to open at the end of September and will provide estate agency, new homes sales and mortgage services. To celebrate its opening, Spicerhaart is to offer a discount to the first few Aylesbury clients who choose them as their preferred agent.
“It’s amazing to be moving into a brand new, well-equipped centre in a really exclusive and vibrant area,” says Dodson.
