Historically, spring to early summer has always been considered the best time to put a house on the market – which means we are approaching the months that traditionally tend to be a little slower when it comes to homes being put up for sale.

However, these five properties have notched up more than 3,972 views on Zoopla in the last 30 days – making them the most viewed homes in St Helens.

From a four-bedroom semi-detached home in the sought-after area of Sutton to a one-bed bungalow in Thatto Heath, the current market is vast – and with all properties listed with asking price of under £180,000 there are homes for all budgets.
