Boasting the position of the most viewed property in the borough this month after catching the eyes of 1,804 people in 30 days, this four-bedroom property is sure to be snapped up soon.
A home that had family at the forefront of its design, 22 Spinners Drive is on the market for £175,000 – sitting slightly above the St Helens average of £160,170 as of October 2021 – but with good reason.
