Swansea Bay has always been a busy part of the world, and it’s about to get busier. The region is emerging from lockdown with plans for a low carbon future, a transformed city centre, and innovative developments from Neath Port Talbot to Pembrokeshire. So this is the idea time to get together, hear some ideas, and exchange thoughts on what’s next.
Insider’s Swansea Bay Property Lunch will bring together construction leaders, property experts, civic decision makers and funders to share insights into the region’s future. And it will provide an opportunity to network, catch up with long-standing contacts, and perhaps make some new connections as Swansea Bay faces the future with renewed confidence.
We will hear from Amanda Davies, chief executive of housing and care group Pobl, which is developing low carbon and net zero homes. Low carbon growth is a key part of Swansea Bay City Deal plans for the region.
And we will hear from Ross Gill, associate director at SQW, which is working with the region’s city deal team on a draft regional economic delivery plan for Swansea Bay.
The lunch event at the Swansea.com Stadium will also feature Jonathan Davies, the commentator and former Wales rugby union and rugby league player.
