These are the seven most viewed County Durham houses on property website Zoopla last month.

They range in price from £40,000 for a 24% share in a house to a quirky detached property in Upper Weardale for £249,950.

As well as Upper Weardale, they are found in the likes of Spennymoor, Chester-le-Street, Consett and Durham city.

Property one is three bed detached house in Redmire Drive, Consett.

It is on the market for £215,000 and is a modern detached family home which has recently been refurbished throughout.

The entrance hall flows through to the lounge and leads to a modern kitchen and spacious conservatory which overlooks the garden.

A three bed semi-detached house in Cumberland Road, Consett also proved a hit with house hunters visiting Zoopla.
