A tenant has been forced to leave his council house following serious complaints about anti-social behaviour.
Neighbours alleged the property Brady Piddington was living in was being used for drug dealing, and that there was noise nuisance due to a high volume of visitors congregating at all times of the day.
There was also anti-social behaviour outside the property on Norfolk Road in Dudley, including motorbikes and cars being driven past at high speeds.

Or you can collect and drop off donations of new and nearly new toys and gifts to special donation days at Edgbaston Stadium, B5 7QU, on Saturday November 27, Friday December 3 and Saturday December 4, from 11am to 3pm, where volunteers will be waiting to see you.
Brand new or nearly new, unwrapped gifts, books and toys for all ages will be accepted.

This caused nearby residents to live in fear. Council staff were also subjected to threats and intimidation.
West Midlands Police received numerous complaints about the council property, along with the council themselves.
The council and police worked together to submit an application to Dudley Magistrates Court for an ASB Closure Order, which was granted on November 17.
This means that the property will be closed to all access for three months and Piddington, along with family members and visitors, will be unable to live in or visit the property during this period.
Councillor Laura Taylor-Childs, cabinet member for housing and community services, said: “ We’re really pleased with the outcome in court and will now pursue an eviction notice to bring an end to this tenancy once and for all, giving the tenants respite from the sustained nuisance they have experienced.
“This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated in our homes and we are confident we will secure the eviction notice and be in a position to offer this home to a deserving applicant on our waiting list.”
