A new homeware and clothing shop is opening soon in the centre of Market Harborough. The White Company has announced that it will be launching its latest store in the town’s High Street later this month.

It will be the retailer’s first Leicestershire store and its first store opening of 2022 – and will showcase what it describes as its new ‘curated concept’.

The Market Harborough branch is due to open its doors to shoppers on Thursday, March 17, the company told LeicestershireLive.

According to a spokesperson for the brand, the space will have The White Company’s signature warm and minimal style and will be part of an initiative that provides a personalised, boutique shopping experience for customers.

The store promises to offer a showroom experience and house a ‘considered edit’ of beautiful lifestyle products and luxury gifting pieces.

The full collection will be available to order in-store.

The new store will even include a ‘wellness corner’ with bespoke furniture where customers can sit and relax.

Sarah King, director of property at The White Company, said: We are thrilled to be opening a store in Market Harborough. The White Company thrives in market towns and this store is a great fit for the business.

It is exciting as our first store opening as we come out of the pandemic, King said.

King said: Being smaller than average will integrate our digital offer into the store experience and enable us to explore smaller markets for the future so that we can bring our curated edit of products across home, clothing, fragrance and The Little White Company to more customers across the UK.
